Ingredients Quantity
Basmati rice 300 gram
Red Bellpepper                 150 gram
Yellow Bellpepper 150 gram
Green Bellpepper 150 gram
Parsley 20gram
Basil 15 gram
Tarragon 10 gram
Vinaigrette 15 ml
Salt 5 gram
White pepper 5 gram
Tomato 150 gram


  1. Clean and soak the basmati rice for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Then boil the rice, drain and cool.
  3. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
  4. Then next roast all the three bell peppers and take off the skin and cut into small dice.
  5. Wash and cut the tomatoes into dice.
  6. Chop the herbs – Basil, Parsley, and Tarragon.
  7. Mix the herbs in the vinaigrette and make the dressing.
  8. Toss all the three diced bell peppers, tomato, and rice in the vinaigrette dressing.
  9. Mix it well and transfer it into the salad platter.
